Well, putting it simply, it becomes the game of arch enemy as soon as Rowan hits the board. And it is understandable - if left unchecked, she will wreck havoc.
However, it causes issues. I have to keep open mana for all three opponents if I want to defend myself properly. Meekstone and Mind Cage can lock it down for couple of turns, but that is all.
