Added shuriken and Skullsnatchers as enabler and ninjas. More ninja themed.
Removed Gatekeeper of malakir and soul ransom.
This way the deck is faster and deadlier against small weenies.

Testing my beloved ninja deck.
Ninjas alone can't do much. They need a lot of support. Hence those awesome support cards.
Moreover, ninjas were kind of weak, vulnerable, that's why I focused on Swarmyard <-> Rats synergy.
Advice is very much appreciated!
