Small playtests —Nov. 8, 2017
Got together with my MTG buddy, Travis, that likes running really potent weenie decks and had a few games with him using this.
He put together a poison deck capable of ending the game in two or three turns and I'm delighted to say that this Scarab deck has enough spot removal that it shuts him down about half the time. Similarly, he has a red aggro deck that has been the bane of my existence ever since I started playing with him and it also holds up well enough against that.
Next time we play though, I'll actually think to take note of how many games we play and the results. :P
