1) The moment I saw the spoiler for this card I knew he was a must-have additon for this deck. Not only does he shut down my opponents, but he also draws me cards like crazy. Fabulous. Teferi's Protection is nice, but it will feel more at home in another deck (e.g. slivers), because when the cards phase in again they will not trigger an „Enter the Battlefield“ effect again. It's a fatastic card but I need slots here and other decks scream for it, so Azor is happy to take that spot
2) This card moves in from the Daxos Deck as Brago is a lot more vulnerable to Discard and very much enjoys the additonal card-draw. This is not much for the Enter the Battlefield synergy, but it should be a nice stabilizer and defense especially in consideration of my current meta.
3) I need more enablers to pull a lasting advantage from all the flickering that happens here and Call for Unity is just the thing to try out. It boots the entire board - keeping Brago safe from damage removal, blocking large demons and posing a threat itself in making the Soldier, Kor, or Myr Tokens a legit threat. Oresksos Explorer I was debating long to keep, but everyone kept telling me that his ability is limited (due to depending on the opponents landbase). I insited for the longest time, but now with the added artifacts and Tezzeret synergy I do believe that I have other options to stabilize my manabase more efficiently.
4) I did try this card in the past and back then it did not work as I had intended. NOW the deck has changed considerably PLUS I don't hope too much from this card. I do not want to win via milling my opponent, but this card does a sufficient enough job of stealing value and gas from my opponents (all of them at the same time!) and evening the odds when I draw a bunch of cards and successively thin out my deck (That one time I flickered Oath of Jace for like 10 turns did NOT go well for me xD).
