The Falconer really relies on the fact that you already have an animated land. I have found that I'd rather have a spell that can be used multiple times for Noyan Dar's trigger. The upside is that you can use the spell on Noyan Dar, awaken a land, and then cast the spell again and give that land flying and pump it.
I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts.
