2020 Update: More planeswalkers, slightly gimped manabase (needs work) and more fun tech! Still a work in progress but way happier with how consistent Narset is now. With fetchlands, super fast wins are possible, this deck was toned down slightly to give others a slim chance, but as it stands, it is still scary to face! Often turn 5/6wins, or 3/4 with lucky hands and fetches.
