Let go of solemnity +decree of silence, as both pieces are rather clunky and the combo is not really needed. Added tidespout tyrant and gaea’s blessing to complete the oath package.
Removed bant charm and beast within for stubborn denial and scroll rack. This will improve my curve and scroll rack should do wonders with all the shuffle effects. It will also allow me to put oath targets back into the library.
