3rd FNM —Aug. 31, 2018
Third FNM, this one was by far the worst, and couldn't get anything going unfortunately. Wasn't playing well at all either. I don't remember much from the matches, so I'll try to remember more for next time.
Match 1: Mono White Lifegain (W 2-1)
Game 1: I beat him with Primeval Titan for the win
Game 2: Sideboarded very poorly, took out my Reclamation Sage for reasons unbeknownst to me. He landed a Runed Halo, named Valakut, and kept my board empty and hit me with a Serra Ascendant.
Game 3: Put both Rec Sages back in, and Pact'd for a Rec Sage, Scapeshifted for the concession, as he was at sub 1
Match 2: Mono Red Burn(L 1-2)
Just got outraced, boarded in Baloths and boarded out sweepers.
Match 3: Pseudo-bye, opponent never showed up (W 2-0)
Match 4: UW Walkers? (W 2-0)
Game 1: Prime Time and Prismatic Omen are really fun. Had to Rec Sage his Leyline of Sanctity, and did so before the combo kill.
Game 2: Similar to Game 1, but Scapeshift'd instead of Prime Time. Also had to remove his Leyline of Sanctity.
