DBM 6-2 —June 2, 2017
Match 1: 2-0 black white zombies - was against a first time FNM player. He was running a black white zombies home brew, it just couldn't keep up with my creature quality. Won both games pretty handily.
Match 2: 2-0 against blue black zombies. His deck never really went off. His goal was to bring a whole lot back each time he brought stuff back from the graveyard.
Match 3: 2-0 temur energy midrange. Only really durdled both games, but I definitely saw the power in the deck with glory bringers and Chandra. It just really only bit 3 drops and my 3 drops kinda outclass most other ones.
Match 4: 2-0 went against xander with his black green delirium deck. His first hand he kept a one lander and didn't get there in 3 turns and scooped. 2nd game I drew basically the for draw of attune, snake l, rishkar and ballista. Not many decks can handle that opening if they don't remove my snake.
Match 5: 2-1 game one against marvel he resolved ulamog on the 2nd marvel spin. Lost. Game 2 I resolved a manglehorn to kill his marvel and he had another one in hand but he's have to wait an additional turn to spin it, so he lost. Game 3 I resolved a turn 3 dispossess and proceeded to win after a few more turns when he didn't have any more win cons except hard cast ulamog, which he was quite a few turns away from at the end. Overall a great night! Won 10 packs and the aetherhub promo!
