So I'd already made a couple modifications to the deck last night and this morning, nothing extravagant, and then this evening one of the semi-regular players at my LGS wanted to take a look through my (incredibly tiny and not filled with many valuable things) trade binder, and lo and behold, actually wanted to trade me for something.
Long story short, I wound up with a Kiora out of the bargain, which (along with stuff like filter lands) was firmly in the category of "cards I'd love to put into this deck but since I don't already own them oh hell no, they're too expensive", and now she's in my deck, whee!
