I am a Pixel Artist and Writer who got persuaded by fellow uni comrades into playing magic. While only new to the game I've enjoyed it a lot especially the competitive scene. I probably enjoy building decks than I do actually playing them. I heavily enjoy crafting home-brew decks that aren't typical in the current meta.
My play style: I am a Simic player, I put synergy above most things when it comes to deck building. I like my creatures getting stronger together, be this through ally or tribal mechanics, evolve like mechanics or general cards that work together. I tend to play less control and more of a mid range beat down. I really like card draw and have a particular fondness of cards like Bident of Thassa and Bred for the Hunt for card draw that rewards me for attacking and hitting. Especially when I'm running un-blockable and trample.
Favourite Card: Scute Mob - Look at this guy, he's so cute. There aren't too many creatures that hit the field on turn 1 for 1 mana that can actually be deemed a definite threat. Dragonmaster Outcast is a close second for similar concept. Both cards are viable early game and late game and you're rarely feel sad seeing one. It also makes an abundance of land an easier burden to bare.
