Timing interaction: Words of Waste and Runed Servitor

When Runed Servitor dies each player draws a card. Since I can pay 1cc into Words of Waste to make everyone else discard a card, will those cards drawn by my opponents be in their hands by the time Words of Waste makes them discard? This is for a Tergrid, God of Fright Flip deck, so the timing makes a difference if none of my opponents have any cards in hand.

I found this ruling: 121.2c If more than one player is instructed to draw cards, the active player performs all of their draws first, then each other player in turn order does the same.
Then there's this ruling: 102.1. A player is one of the people in the game. The active player is the player whose turn it is. The other players are nonactive players
So it depends whose turn it is. If you are the active player (it's your turn), then your opponent's will discard before they draw. If you are not the active player, then everyone in turn order before you may discard what they drew.
