Fleet Swallower and Pedantic Learning

Hi, if I target myself with the fleetswallower trigger and I have pedantic learning in play. So I mill half the library, then once this has resolved, count the total number of lands that were milled this way and then have the option to pay as many times as possible to draw a card? Or do I mill one card a time and pay the 1 if it's a land, draw then card and then continue milling?

The Fleet Swallower effect must fully resolve before the triggers are put on the stack. So your first thought is correct; you mill half your library at once, then count the number of lands that were milled and get that many Pedantic Learning triggers.
Even if the cards were milled one at a time, the same rule applies. One effect must fully resolve before another can happen.
