Does Teysa double sacrifice effects?

I'm wondering if Teysa Karlov would double sacrifice effects such as Mayhem Devil . At first glance, I would say yes (as it is a permanent going from the battlefield to the graveyard and triggering an effect), but I'm not totally sure. I want to be sure about this before creating a deck using both those cards.

Teysa does not double sacrifice triggers. From her Gatherer rulings:

An ability that triggers on an event that causes a creature to die doesn’t trigger twice. For example, an ability that triggers “whenever you sacrifice a creature” triggers only once.
