Bolas's Citadel and Dual faced cards

If i have Bolas's Citadel and say Jwari Disruption Flip is on top of my deck, could i play the land side assuming I haven't played my land for turn?
You'll pay life equal to the mana value of the side you end up playing. In the case of it being a land, this will of course mean you don't pay any life as it only mentions the life payment for casting spells (and the lands would have a mana value of 0 anyways).
