Trying to combine three different elements with this deck: vehicles, polymorph, and hijacking other peoples spells.

Vehicles

Vehicles are underused in my meta. The lack of defense is a detractor, but Mishra offers a way to double up on their triggers. So the value engine portion of the deck consists of 10 vehicles. Mishra's War Form doesn't conflict if they're legendary and avoids the need to crew the copy. There's enough artifact ramp that getting Mishra in play by turn four should be easy, and he's not that overtly threatening so opponents will hopefully ignore him.

Polymorph

In order for Polymorph centric decks to have an impact the creatures have to be very powerful; the outcome can easily become boring. This deck includes a narrow group of creatures that synergize with what the deck is already doing, which should lead to more interesting interactions. This is also a way to extract extra value from tokens that normally get sacrificed anyway.

Spell Stealing

Artifact heavy decks are, by necessity, light on other spell types. However, Grixis colors grant options to take advantage of your opponents instants and sorceries. This is a chance for to have some randomly powerful spells that can't otherwise be jammed into the 99 (and random chance equals fun!). I've used lots of stealing effects in the past, and because I play paper magic I want to avoid passing other people's permanents around the table with this deck -- otherwise Nautiloid Ship would be included.

I've added Sword of Wealth and Power because I like putting a single sword in my decks, and this one doubles up both my polymorphs, or spells that I hijack, while granting a unique protective element.
