I first tried pairing the 9th and Clara to maximize the amount of triggers but it didn't feel good when played. Also since you ramp up on upkeep triggers, it takes some setup and people start targeting you.

I've came up with this second draft: Since we get multiple upkeeps, if we manage to get "monarch" back before or during the first upkeep, we get ton of value during the following ones. To make sure we get as many second upkeep as possible, we partner with the doggobot and protect or render un-blockable our doc.

Discovered combo:

• The 10th doctor + rousing refrain: can lead to infinite mana and suspends casts.

Disclaimer: I try to make original and challenging decks without spamming senselessly staples. There won't be any additional turns here. I also ban cyclonic rift as it's the most broken card in the format.
