Milhouse

Akira is a 1988 Japanese animated cyberpunk action film based on the beautifully illustrated graphic novel by the same name. Set in a dystopian 2019, it tells the story of Kaneda, a leader of a biker gang whose childhood friend, Tetsuo, acquires incredible telekinetic abilities after a motorcycle accident in the sprawling futuristic metropolis of Neo-Tokyo.

It was redrawn with characters from The Simpsons in a project titled Bartkira where Milhouse stars as the villainous Tetsuo.

In this deck, Bruvac the Grandiloquent is evil Milhouse erasing opponent libraries.
