I always loved the titans, and feel they are very powerful, big threats. Well, they don't get played in Modern too heavily. So, i built a deck that is built all around this huge creatures.

The decks wins through big, value creatures. After controling the game for a while, we win with a big threat.

Primeval Titan: The all star in the deck. Big threat, and he fetches up lands. But thats what is so great about this deck, it can get any kind of lands. So i can usually fetch up some manlands to help close out the game.

Wurmcoil Engine: Another all star of the deck. Not a lot of decks can deal with a 6/6 Lifelink Deathtouch swinging in. And if the opponent decides to kill it? We just get more threats!

Phyrexian Obliterator: I realize its a weird choice, but it can be very strong. the deck usually doesn't have very much problem getting the terribly crazy black mana cost. It's a fast clock that is most likely never getting blocked.

Tarmogoyf: A got one, so why not run it? It's a clock and is strong.

Thrun, the Last Troll: When this hits board, it's not leaving!

Well, all the win cons are huge amounts of mana, right? How do i expect myself to survive for so long? Thats what my removal is for.

Abrupt Decay: Arguably the best removal spell in the format. Hits almost every threat that is a threat, cant be countered, and is only 2 mana.

Lightning Bolt: Very good card. , 3 damage anywhere. Its very simple, but very powerful.

Anger of the Gods: It may seem like a weird choice mainboard, but lets think about this for a second. It is good against EVERY deck. Even hits Snapcaster Mage in control. And while anger goes and kills everything, i'll have nothing on the battlefield, and nothing that dies from it.

Maelstrom Pulse: It's a great removal spell to have. can wreck any token strategies and overall just paying 3 mana to kill any threat is nice.

Terminate: 2 mana, kill a creature, instant. Sounds good to me.

Murderous Cut: This spell can be better, or worse than Terminate. With all the fetches, Lightning Bolts, and Thoughtseize, lots of cards are hitting the grave which means Murderous Cut will probably only cost --B]], sometimes 1 .

There's removal, and to back up the removal, are my support cards.

Liliana of the Veil: Powerful threat. Can be a Diabolic Edict, or just start ripping apart the hand.

Garruk Wildspeaker: Powerful walker, one that i feel it underused in Modern. It can slowly produce beast tokens which is very powerful, and it could also help play multiple spells in one turn by ramping. The overrun on it is pretty irrelevant, but if i activate it i usually win.

Thoughtseize: Hard to say no to. Its hand disruption. Takes a crucial card out of the opponents hand and gives me info on what the opponent has.

Farseek: I love this card. 1 to search up a fetch and put it on the battlefield, its hard to say no to. Also, this deck is all about ramping so its a great card to have.

Phyrexian Arena: The extra card draw is amazing, and since its an enchantment, its only really Abrupt Decay that answers it.

Harmonize: Fuels the deck and is a medicore draw spell.

Courser of Kruphix: This is just a ramper that helps the deck. it defends against Aggro and gains us some life back. can get very good once Primeval Titan hits play.

Scavenging Ooze: A powerhouse. gains life and can become huge. is super nice against the Pod match-up. Can be a win condition, but is more support.

That may be all the non-lands in the deck, but we cant forget about the lands! There are some lands in this deck that have to be mentioned.

Treetop Village: Its not a lot of mana to activate, and when i do activate i can get in some real damage.

Raging Ravine : A small threat that slowly gets bigger. Yes please!

Kessig Wolf Run: Makes my already big threats even bigger!

Tectonic Edge: It certainly sets the opponent back, and there are some lands that are certainly worth killing in this format like Celestial Colonnade and opposing Tectonic Edge.

I won't discuss the sideboard, because i feel its going to change constantly.

I also want to mention that this deck is one of my IRL decks, and so if you suggest a card i may shoot it down because of money. I will certainly try to get my hands on it, but no promises. Thats the reason i only run one Liliana of the Veil and no Tarmogoyfs.

I hope you all like the deck! Any comments and +1's greatly appreciated. Thanks guys and happy deck building!
