I want to try this on MTG Arena. I've had a lot of fun with the Nine in paper EDH, and recently found out that Arena has a lot of formats where they are legal. I'm not necessarily looking to win tournaments with this thing, but after seeing some of the Legacy precon decks, I want to run Wraiths. Gotta do it.

The overall goal is to use the Nazgul's counter-on-Tempt ability to power up stupidly big wraiths. Rather than blink effects on individual Nazgul, I'm relying on graveyard recursion (and the fact that there's nine of the suckers in here), as well as other Tempt sources like Call of the Ring and Claim the Precious. I've also considered expanding the definition of "wraith" with Changeling cards like Birthing Boughs and Changeling Outcast, but I'm not sure if that streamlines the deck or adds unnecessary baggage.

I would absolutely love some comments/suggestions, trying to make this one as effective as possible.
