Milling Nazgul and then swarming them with Haakon, Stromgald Scourge. The second ring ability lets them loot on hit so Nazgul can help discard Haakon in hand. A few ways to self-mill as well. Gifts Ungiven for Haakon and only one other card will put them both in graveyard, or if you already have one, can just load up on knights.

It is pretty playable as is but I don't know the modern format. Need help making a sideboard and finding cards that better fit. I'm not sold on Glimpse the Unthinkable and Necromancer's Stockpile but they help keep things moving.

Knight of the Ebon Legion helps protect in the early game and makes a good ring bearer later. A full ring emblem lets it do 4 life loss when unblocked with no other investment.

In case you don't know, Nameless Inversion can be cast repeatedly from the graveyard when you have a Haakon, Stromgald Scourge in play making it a very reliable kill engine.
