Yuriko Deck: Ninja theme and Ninjutsu theme. Heavy emphasis on scrying and stacking the top of the deck to best use Yuriko's ability, as well as squeezing small creatures or unblockable creatures through opponent defenses in order to ninjutsu bigger things out. While the deck is built with Yuriko in mind, Satoru, the Infiltrator would work well as a commander as well. Mana-curve emphasizes small creatures, but larger CMC two-sided spells to let Yuriko hit for big damage (please note, Yuriko's ability does not count as commander damage, so if you want to win off commander damage, this deck is not for you.). Built with budget in mind (minus the bulk lands, Rhystic Study, and Sensei's Divining Top cost me ~$78 to construct), as well as to be casually viable, this deck is built primarily for the player that doesn't want any hardcore combo strategies, but still hold their own at a table of friends.
