Exchanges made to reduce overall price point at the lowest impact to efficiency possible.

Transmute Artifact -> Preordain. TA is expensive as hell for some reason right now while Preordain improves consistency, making it a reasonable enough replacement for those on a budget. Rhystic Study can work too, though I've found it to be slow unless I land it t1 or t2.

Power Artifact -> Thorn of Amethyst. PA also spiked recently, and while it's combo with Grim/Basalt Monolith is superb and can enable out of nowhere t1 and t2 wins, if budget is a concern you're probably aiming for the t4-5 win anyway, which Thorn helps with a great amount.

Grim Monolith -> Fellwar Stone. Literally any 2 mana rock works, even Everflowing Chalice, but Monolith, while incredible, loses a lot of utility without PA and is still a fairly expensive card. It's perfect for windmilling slamming Arcum with protection, but is useless after, so another mana rock can be a decent replacement if that is a concern.

Arcbound Ravager -> Palladium Myr. Ravager is part of a cute, Arcum-less combo, but that's more of a plan G if anything. If budget is a concern, Palladium Myr is a palatable replacement (as would be any other cute dork).

Mox Diamond, Mana Crypt-> Two more land. Losing accelerators hurts, so more lands are necessary to reach 4 mana reliably.

Force of Will -> Daze. This one's a weird change, but oftentimes when I cast force, I'm stopping a Doomsday, Flash, or removal on my Commander. Daze can still stop t1-2 wins fairly easily, but Misdirection can also be used if removal is the only thing you're worried about.

Snapcaster Mage -> Arcane Denial. Not a true replacement, but the most often used targets for Snappy in this deck are the counters. Denial locks you off from re-using tutors or cantrips, which can suck, but basically any tutor can be in this place.
