Relatively budget Kykar commander with three strategies:

1 - Token spam and buff Shared Animosity, Jeskai Ascendancy

Anthem-style enchantments that will trigger Kykar to create tokens for them to buff

2 - Polymorph Reality Scramble, Ovika, Enigma Goliath

With only five creatures in the deck all ≥7 mana value, a token and four mana to play a free creature is awesome value. The creatures used in the deck are specifically to help with strategy 1 and will most likely not benefit the opponent if they get cloned/stolen.

3 - Mana splash spells Mass Manipulation, Finale of Glory

Use all the mana that the spirits can generate to put all into one giant X spell.
