This is a pretty casual deck. It is mostly build around Talrand, the commander. In it has some counterspells, some spells giving hexproof, and other cards that allow card draw. Mainly, the point is to create a lot of 2/2 drakes, and swing in and counter or stop your opponent from stopping you.
