This is a Golgari reanimator deck that uses Bloodbond March for mass reanimation. The idea is to dump your library into your graveyard quickly to build up multiple targets for Bloodbond March and then try to overwhelm your opponents with sudden mass graveyard reanimation.

Souls of the Lost and Splinterfright are the two stars of the deck that serve as the main big beaters that grow larger as the graveyard fills up and in themselves are also great ways to fill the graveyard.

Evoking Briarhorn and Shriekmaw synergizes amazingly with Bloodbond March since when you cast them for their evoke cost, you get their ETB effect for cheap and then they immediately put themselves into the graveyard so that the next time you evoke/cast another copy of them, they get reanimated for free and you get an additional ETB trigger for free.

Commune with the Gods, Eternal Witness, and Genesis all help to find or return combo pieces you’re missing or may have dumped into the graveyard and need back. These cards are the backbone of the deck since they help ensure you can always get the cards you need.

Ignoble Hierarch and Skull Prophet are amazing mana dorks in this deck since they help speed up the deck while simultaneously serving as extra ways to mill yourself and to buff up your other creatures.
