Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond in a B/W lifegain shell because lifegain is best gain. I recommend Lifelink + Sunbond on that deck too.

Firstly, I would take out the two Evolving Wilds either for a plains and swamp or two more Scoured Barrens. The tempo loss from Wilds land enter tapped is unavoidable. But because you have only two colors, add the Barrens is the better card, because whatever color mana you might be screwed for, you can also get from the barrens, and it nets you one life.

Other than nitpicking lands, I really like the deck, it's strikingly similar to my first Magic deck. Some cards to consider: Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond for an easy infinite combo, Sunbond in general, as well as Lifelink + Sunbond or a lifelink giving card for the stompy creatures. Cradle of Vitality as a targeted Sunbond. Divinity of Pride as a good flier. Serra Ascendant is a bit pricey, but still amazing in that deck. I like Erebos, God of the Dead as a means for spending your excess life, the card draw is ALWAYS helpful. Reliable lifegain often comes from Soul Warden and Soul's Attendant. Those two are always better than something like Cathedral Sanctifier, because while it gives you life slower, it keeps going, instead of just 3 once. Additionally, if you can trade for him, the new Karlov of the Ghost Council is a great addition, he grows big to attack, and has good removal for rather cheap if played correctly.

If you're looking to evolve the deck further, I would strongly consider splashing some green. Having three colors makes a good manabase very hard while keeping it cheap, but putting back in the Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse will help with that, along with Sandsteppe Citadel. When you splash green, you gain access to several good cards. First off, there is Essence Warden, just another soul sister for you(Soul sister is the collective name for cards with that effect)). Then, for another easy infinite combo, there is Spike Feeder. Just enchant it with a Sunbond, and suddenly, its as big as you want, and you have WAAAAAY too much life (Savor it, you won't have much life playing Magic as obsessively as I do. Ha ha ha). Finally in green as I can think of right now, there is Heroes' Reunion. Just 7 life to two mana, nothing AMAZING, but it helps early game.

Finally, just as a helper to other looking at your deck, I would change the format to Casual, or mention in the name that it's a casual deck. If you meant this to be a competitive modern deck, I'm very sorry, this build won't work. Try looking at this deck,

This is the modern Soul Sisters deck.

That's all from me, +1 for you!
