Lyra Dawnbringer may just only be good on her own cause she is basically a Baneslayer Angel but what if we could use her even more because of her Other angels you control gains +1/+1 and lifelink clause?

Dominaria other angels than Lyra Dawnbringer are Shalai, Voice of Plenty and Serra Angel

Amonkeths angels are Angel of Sanctions, Winged Shepherd Seraph of the Suns, Angel of Sanctions and Angel of Condemnation

Kaladesh Angel of Invention and Wispweaver Angel and Exquisite Archangel.

We have Oketra's Monument which can make all angels cheeper and fill the board with 1/1 tokens which can block early game creatures which also have synergy with Angel of Invention and Benalish Marshal.

soo maybe a mono white control deck?

i've tinkered with a deck with this theme but still what do you think are angels too expensive and it will be to clunky or will it be the second coming of Baneslayer Angel?

And thy Mark said... "LET THERE BE ANGELS"

Looks like a fun build! I have a similar deck, and here's some things I would suggest adding:

Dimir Infiltrator/Drift of Phantasms/Dimir House Guard: These guys can all be discarded in order to get important cards to your game plan. I notice you have a lot of spells at CMC's 2, 3, and 4, so they should be a great fit!

Compulsion: You can now cycle any of your cards!

Cast Out: Cycles, and is a versatile removal spell.

Tortured Existence: All you need is one creature in your graveyard and one creature in your hand to get an insane amount of discard triggers with this card. It's a lot of fun!

Phyrexian Reclamation: This can get back a good creature, or at the very least allow you to cycle something again in a pinch.

Spirit Cairn: Another good token maker on discard in case you feel you need more benefits when you do cycle.

I've suggested 8 cards to add. If I was going to suggest as many to cut, here's what I would say:

Unburden: One player having to discard two is not very helpful in a multiplayer game. This will mostly just make one person your enemy.

Lurching Rotbeast/Sanctum Plowbeast/Winged Shepherd/Djeru's Renunciation: These will mostly end up being part of the deck simply because you can cycle them, which is a good sign that there are better options.

Absorb Vis: Same problem as Unburden. If you want to make one opponent your enemy, great. Otherwise, it exists because you can cycle it.

New Perspectives: When cycling, you typically do not end up ahead on cards. This means that you will rarely end up at max hand size, so this is an expensive draw spell.

Plea for Guidance: You have 4 enchantments, 3 of which your commander can go get you. It is not very helpful here.

Regardless of what you end up doing, this looks like a fun deck. Good luck!

You probably want a lot of removal like Shock and Harnessed Lightning, bring your draw/discard from the sideboard, Key to the City and Gate to the Afterlife maybe Hazoret's Monument. You could also use some cheap cyclers that also can be target to GPG like Winged Shepherd

I run a similar deck in standard that is doing really well, and runs very few non-Amonkhet block cards.

Seeing as you're mainly relying on Gate to the Afterlife to get out God-Pharaoh's Gift rather than using Refurbish, you don't really need to run a full playset of gifts in the deck... you could even get by on just one.

You really need to run Strategic Planning in this deck to help get creatures into your graveyard so you can activate the gate... maybe consider some cycling creatures as well, such as Winged Shepherd or Striped Riverwinder.

Sacred Cat and Adorned Pouncer would also work nicely in this sort of deck... they have low CMCs and can be used to chump block in earlier turns to get them into the graveyard, and their abilities are great when you bring them back as 4/4s later on... especially when combined with Aven Wind Guide or Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun.

I recommend the following changes:

Cut 2 Colossapede, 2 Bitterbow Sharpshooters, 2 Wall of Forgotten Pharaohs, 4 Aven of Enduring Hope, 2 Winged Shepherd, 1 Sandwurm Convergence, 1 Greater Sandwurm, 1 Mirage Mirror, 2 Life goes on.

Add 3 Rhonas's Stalwart, 1 Resilient Khenra, 1 Gideon's Defeat, 1 Dauntless Aven, 1 Tah-Crop Elite, 1 Vizier of the True, 1 Rhet-Crop Spearmaster, 1 Trial of Solidarity, 1 Sunscourge Champion, 2 Bitterblade Warrior, 1 Unwavering Initiate, 1 Initiate's Companion , 1 Naga Vitalist, 1 Act of Heroism.

The biggest problem of your current version is the mana curve, you have way too many mana intensive cards and very little ramp, so i would cut the 5+ CMC cards for the aggressive 2 and 3 drops from your card pool and play a more aggro version of the deck.
