Nice deck! If you wanna go even harder on the theme a few cards that hit the 'flavor' and are still playable for a budget deck; Consume the Meek , Consumptive Goo , Rite of Consumption , Devour Flesh , Devour in Shadow , Devouring Swarm , Devouring Tendrils , Faceless Devourer , Feast of Succession , Feast of Worms , Feaster of Fools , Grothama, All-Devouring , Soul Swallower , Gluttonous Slime , Marrow Chomper , Mycoloth , Ravenous Gigantotherium , and Skullmuncher

And, best of all, Hot Soup . Gotta run hot spip with Gyome, it's too perfect.

bjsghebd Deathcap Cultivator was in the original version. I replaced him with Paradise Druid because she can tap for black or green plus she has hexproof. Deathcap Cultivator performed fine in the original version so i'd expect Paradise Druid to do the same. And extra ramp is not always for ramping into creatures such as Soul Swallower. I realize Liliana's -7 is still a viable game winner but I have never had the need to use it. As for Ishkanah, Grafwidow I had the same exact thought when I created the original deck. But I found that she really belongs in a deck centered around spiders. But hey maybe i'll create me a spider deck.

The emblem on Liliana is still game winning even without zombies on the field. If your opponent lets you keep her for that long then you should probably use it. Also Paradise Druid isn't good in this deck IMO because you'll usually be playing it into a 3 drop, but even if you do get to ramp into Soul Swallower then you won't have delirium active because the deck can't activate it on turn one. I would also recommend adding a copy of Ishkanah, Grafwidow because it's really good with delirium enabled.

I'm glad you liked my deck. I liked it so much i've never made changes to it since it rotated. I think your list is solid. I'm concerned that Pick the Brain isn't what is needed in this deck. You want more instant creature removal. Ram Through from Ikoria would work well and if Grim Flayer or Soul Swallower are out you get the Trample effect. I have also given thought to adding Hornbash Mentor, thinking his abilities might beef up the deck. If you need help with removals hit me up.

Here are a few things. You're mainly focusing on wanting to put stuff in graveyards, then onto the battlefield. This means you could add cards like:

• Liliana Vess Her ultimate ability looks like what you're trying to achieve.

• Soul Swallower Is a great card for this type of deck. You should look at cards with delirium and maybe build a deck around that because green and black are both really good at that. Undying too.

• Remove Aggressive Mammoth. It's a good card but all your creatures are pretty small and you're not focusing on putting big overwhelming creatures, but more on destroying them.

I'm not very good with feedback so take this with a grain of salt but if you want a suggestion its this: When you're building a deck, you're usually focusing it around an idea (in this case it's an undergrowth deck) but you want to make sure every card is somewhat going to help you achieve the goal of that type of deck. What I would do in your position is look at other green and/or black undergrowth decks online and take the best cards from all of them.

What's important when you have an undergrowth deck is that you don't end up killing you main deck pieces and then you can't do anything about it. Looking at how other people deal with this might help you out.

Remember: I would look at cards with Undying and Delirium.
