Enchantress decks are always worthwhile. Looking at yours, here are some thoughts:

• My favorite enchantress is Argothian Enchantress: it's as fast as Sythis, plus the counterplay against a permanent with shroud is difficult for very many decks (I've noticed).
• In terms of fun enchantments, Greater Auramancy and Privileged Position are each an extra layer of protection for your board. Other enchantments of varying degrees of enchanted-ness are Abundance (makes a great combo with Sylvan Library); Smothering Tithe (given); Land Tax (you have the basic lands to support it, not to mention you also have land acceleration!); and Sphere of Safety (if you are in a combat-heavy playgroup). There, of course, is the classic Earthcraft/Squirrel Nest combo, but it's quite pricey (money-wise)...
• Enlightened Tutor is highly recommended for getting the important enchantments (and given you have lots of creatures that are enchantments, too...), maybe also with Worldly Tutor as more ways to get the key creatures you want/need/desire. You could also consider things like Eternal Witness and Regrowth for getting back things and stuff.

Privileged Position sounds like a good idea to protect your planeswalkers from targeted removal. There's ways to make all your permanents indestructible as well (Avacyn, Angel of Hope?).

I completely forgot about The Meathook Massacre - thank you for reminding me of this card's existence!

I personally really don't like cards like Privileged Position or Asceticism. Usually their CMC is high compared to what I want to pay for that effect. I am aware they interfere, but I've ran Lightning Greaves in my Sythis, Harvest's Hand deck with Collector Ouphe/Null Rod/Sterling Grove/Greater Auramancy without issues. If I do end up doing anything with them, I'd probably just end up replacing Swiftfoot Boots with something cheap CMC-wise.

If you're set on Null Rod, I might consider replacing Lightning Greaves +Swiftfoot Boots with some additional non-artifact-based commander protection like Privileged Position. Also keep in mind, Sterling Grove and such already do affect your commander, making it impossible to attach equipment. Basically, you've got a lot of cards that interfere with the equipment, so I'd go ahead and take 'em out.

As for replacements, Leyline of the Void is a solid one. The Meathook Massacre is also a pseudo-boardwipe on first cast and some ping damage, which you should be able to make good use of.

I have replaced Privileged Position with Sigarda, Font of Blessings, which reduced this deck's average converted mana cost from 3.37 to 3.35, which is very good, since Sigarda is superior to the enchantment in virtually every way.

I have replaced Privileged Position and Gyre Sage with Sigarda, Font of Blessings and Kami of Whispered Hopes, because I feel that the latter cards are superior to the former cards; the deck now has one fewer non-crreautre spell to synergize with Flux Channeler, but that is a minor sacrifice to make.
