Said on God, I love …...
#1asdfSmite the Deathless, Spark Spray, and Goblin Bomb (despite this one being epic if it ever goes off) are all pretty weak single-target removal. I would suggest some more efficient replacements like Beast Within (Goblins are kind of beasts...), Kazul's Fury, Shatterskull Smashing, Khalni Ambush, and/or Return to Nature. Kazul's Fury and Khalni Ambush are especially good here because they're on theme with sacrificing and fighting, respectively. Also, they, along with Shatterskull Smashing, are MDFCs (modal double-faced cards) with lands on the back. These are across the board some of the most efficient cards in Magic because you can replace a land slot with them without actually reducing the odds of you not drawing a land. Bala Ged recovery is another almost must-play MDFC in green and will certainly be good in yours with how often your goblins go to the yard.
That also touches on another point- your land count. You can easily go down to 35 lands, even before replacing some with MDFCS. This isn't just another expression of my personal liberal land count philosophy but the average for command is between 36 and 39 and your deck (goblin decks in general) have a very low mana curve (I'd check out the histogram that tappedout generates on the right) letting you play 35 very comfortably. I like the lands you play right now and would just suggest more dual lands (tapping for both red and green) and Scavenger Grounds. Players wayyyy too often don't play graveyard hate in their EDH decks because they think they won't run into graveyard-based decks enough but trust me, you do. These hate cards are also just good against someone trying to do anything more regular with their yard like returning dead creatures or cast spells. I think it should be a near requirement that every deck has at least one graveyard hate card and Scavenger Grounds is great because it's on a land.
I would strongly suggest replacing some of your lands with a few more mana rocks. I can explain more in person but Gruul Signet, Talisman of Impulse, Felwar Stone, Mind Stone, and Cursed Mirror are my recommendations for this one.
There are a few cards that I think are also a bit too low powered for multiplayer EDH that I would suggest taking out. - Goblin Caves: it's solid but you care more about pumping your creatures' power in this deck so I'd just replace it with more effects like Goblin King's
Goblin Morningstar: similar argument as Gimli's Axe though this time there's the marginal benefit of some goblin tokens but this will be minimal
Guttersnipe: a great card in spellslinger decks but here it's almost always going to be just a 2/2 goblin for three which is pretty not great since you currently only play 11 cards that would trigger Guttersnipe
Goblin Arsonist: cute and classic card but unfortunately this little pyro won't ever do much with how low it's numbers are; however if you played some cards that allowed you to recur creatures consistently, this one would def be worth considering as it can be actually pretty slick at scale
In place of these and any other cards you take out, I would generally suggest adding some more aristocrats (decks based on sacrificing typically smaller creatures and bringing them back to repeat) cards like Phyrexian Altar, some more card draw like Return of the Wildspeaker, and maybe some more removal.
