Spines, Roving Gunman
Legendary Planeswalker - Spines
+1: Spines, Roving Gunman deals 1 damage to target creature. That creature can't attack or block until your next turn.
-1: Search your library for a land card. If that card is a Desert, put it onto the battlefield under your control. Otherwise, put it into your graveyard.
-3: Destroy target permanent.

Jelly Bee, Conniver
Legendary Creature - Mutant Advisor
,: Look at the top card of target player's library. You may put that card on the bottom of their library.
Whenever a card is put on the bottom of an opponent's library, scry 1.
Whenever one or more cards are put on the bottom of your library, draw a card.
1/4
Maybe not in the spirit of the challenge, so redo or wild.

My rolls were: 6, (3 + 4 = 7), 5.
So a multicolor/colorless 7 drop planeswalker.
Ashiok, Living Nightmare
Planeswalker - Ashiok
Foretell
As long as it's not your turn, Ashiok, Living Nightmare is a 7/7 Nightmare creature with hexproof and indestructible and isn't planeswalker.
+1: Each player exiles a card from their hand.
0: You may play a card exiled by Ashiok, Living Nightmare without paying its mana cost, if its mana value is less than or equal to the number of loyalty counters on Ashiok, Living Nightmare.
7
Redo or wild.

Kelthor, the Scholar
Legendary Creature - Human Wizard
Cumulative upkeep (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)
At the beginning of your precombat main phase, draw a card.
When Kelthor, the Scholar dies, scry X, where X is the number of age counters on Kelthor, then draw a card.
0/1
This thing is actually way too good, I think, even though I nerfed it from the og version I designed.
Repeat or Wild.

#1Invasion of Old Phyrexia
Battle — Siege
(As a Siege enters, choose an opponent to protect it. You and others can attack it. When it's defeated, exile it, then cast it transformed.)
When Invasion of Old Phyrexia enters the battlefield, each opponent sacrifices a nontoken creature or planeswalker.
9
The Fall of the Light
Sorcery
Search your library for a creature or planeswalker card and put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle. Target opponent loses life equal to the mana value of that creature or planeswalker.
Could be the good guys invading phyrexia back in the old days.
Make a golem. Extra point if it's not legendary.
