what do you think of Scheming Symmetry to help trigger your Mindbreak Trap? If I'm not mistaken, it also keeps your opponent from drawing the card they search for.

Painful Quandary is a tough stax piece you could use.

I decided to add the "you own" clause to prevent this card from just stealing a commander out of the command zone. The downside is that that also prevents you from snatching creatures out of your opponents graveyard effectively. Do you think the "you own" part is necessary?

I might suggest a few more mana rocks. I'd recommend you have at least 10. Dimir Signet and Rakdos Signet and Izzet Signet would be good, as well as Arcane Signet and Everflowing Chalice and Mind Stone. Additionally, i'd recommend 2 cmc mana rocks over 3 cmc rocks any day.

Fevered Visions can also give you another 'everyone draws' effects.

The and/or is there to trigger only once for escape cards like Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath and other such effects. I would love to put this in my trostani deck. Also i've been watching the Sopranos again :)

In my opinion, 31 lands might be a bit low, but if you've found that it works for the deck, stick with it.

Accomplished Alchemist could be strong in your deck

Well of Lost Dreams could draw you a lot of cards

Daxos, Blessed by the Sun for another Soul Warden effect.

Embercleave is a good finisher/combat trick for your deck.

I might also recommend either Mana Tithe or Lapse of Certainty just to have a counterspell that you can find with Sunforger

TypicalTimmy oh yes, forgive my squirrel brain, thought it was a beautiful card!

tbh, I dislike the dungeon mechanic, as well as The Ring Tempts You, whenever I see that trigger come up on MTG Arena, I ignore it and continue on my original plan and i've never lost a game while underestimating those mechanics.

But I think that card has potential. There are plenty of sagas and adventures to make that a powerful commander.
