Stacking Affinity

So I was thinking about making an affinity for artifact deck and this card Mycosynth Golem gives artifact creatures affinity. What I am asking is if I have mycosynth golem on the battlefield and I want to play another artifact creature that already has affinity would that mean that affinity stacks or not?

Yes, the cost reductions from multiple affinity abilities are cumulative. A spell with 2 instances of "Affinity for artifacts" will cost less to cast for each artifact you control.
