Hello! This is my attempt at making a blue red tempo deck, which takes advantage of cheep creatures and spells. This is mostly on a budget.

Additional Thoughts:

• This deck should contain Snapcaster Mage but it's too expensive.
• Bonecrusher Giant may be better than Fire / Ice, but I wanted to try the new MH2 card.
• Counterspell is better than Mana Leak, however, the current manabase doesn't support it.
• Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer Is probably better than Monastery Swiftspear but is also too expensive.
