Pretty straight forward. The plan is to use lots of artifacts to try and rush Ruhan out ASAP, put a sword on him and start trying to bash people's heads in. Wanting to see what input anyone would have on how they would improve this list. Am open to both budget and non budget suggestions. Happy to see what you guys come up with.
