This is my newest deck, mono blue constellation (although there really is not much constellation)! In the main board there are cards like Eaten by Piranhas and Witness Protection made to take abilities and stats away. In the sideboard cards such as Dwindle and Singing Bell Strike seek to debuff creatures, to work better against combat focused deck. This deck also has a great selection of card advantage as well as cards such as Faerie Swarm and Protean Thaumaturge to finish the game. This deck also boasts an impressive selection of lands to fill a wide variety of roles such as emergency control and card advantage. Take into mind that this deck is budget and not exactly meta, as always C&C is welcome.
