I created this deck with the goal to not go above $100 Budget. I wanted to challenge myself and see what I could come up with! I decided on burn because well burn isn't expensive or hard to make! Plus I'm a big fan of mill and hey burns the next best thing! This deck has a competitive rating of 84%
