I picked up the Planar Portal Precon back on its release day, played one game with it, then broke it down to make Juri, Master of the Revue. Unfortunately I stopped playing about a month later (Couldn't find time to play) and I only recently got back into the game about 2 months ago. I Remember loving how Prosper played, so I searched across the web for a build and found the above mentioned list. Shoutout to Voitagi once again for his list. It's fringe cEDH so I swapped around some stuff so my current LGS wouldn't hate me for using stuff like crypt and Moxes. Feel free to leave comments!
