I am obsessed with cycling... obsessed might not be the correct word. Anyway, I just keep finding myself tinkering, finding new ways to build around the mechanic.

There are 45 cycling cards, with 13 of them being lands. I like to have at least 45 cycling cards, the closer I can get to that without disrupting my mana base too much the better. I don't like tapped lands but I tend to end up cycling them away anyways. 45 cycling cards will ensure that you are almost always going to be able to cycle to trigger the many cards in the deck that are looking for you to cycle.

The point of the deck is to blink creatures and take advantage of various etb abilities.

Cycling is the shiz, I'm hoping we see some more soon so I can painstakingly sift through my deck for hours to make a change or two haha.

I've wanted my "one" deck for a long time. I haven't found it yet, but mayhaps this will be the one. It's definitely strange enough for me. Creepy girl certainly helps with that haha.

I'm open to suggestions if you're not just slinging edhrec ideas at me.

Win Cons:

Phyrexian Metamorph+Felidar Guardian+Glassdust Hulk= one dead opponent. Rinse and repeat.

Approach of the Second Sun conditions have to be right. But I’ve done it a number of times. Usually takes two turns though.

Astral Drift or Astral Slide+Magister Sphinx and Bolas's Citadel= I see dead people.

Edit(8/18/2022):

So I’ve made some important changes to the deck. I’ve added 2 wizard cycling cards(the only two I believe there are haha) because flickering Archaeomancer with Astral Drift or Astral Slide by cycling an instant or sorcery is just too good to pass up.

I’ve also added counter/transmute spells to ensure protection but more importantly consistency. I can use Perplex to get any 3 cost but more specifically Astral Drift or Astral Slide. Also added Muddle the Mixture mainly for Fluctuator but anything I may need of course. Transmute, and it goes without saying really, is just a solid and adaptable mechanic.

In addition I’ve added New Perspectives just for another cycling cost reducer. Also, and this one just occurred to me! Rings of Brighthearth can copy friggin cycling effects, well activated abilities duh, but cycling!!! So if I have Fluctuator or New Perspectives on the field it’s, pay 2 draw 2 cards! Pretty good value. Rings of Brighthearth can copy loyalty abilities too sooo Aminatou, the Fateshifter can blink twice! Or draw but bleh. Blink lol. Two times! Anyway… So I also added it for extra value with Bolas's Citadel cuz why not?

Speaking of, I added Bolas's Citadel to make it easier to finish with Magister Sphinx. Bounce it a few times. Everyone is at ten and use Bolas's Citadels final ability and just merk everyone.

I also added some lands for artifact recovery and artifact tutoring because Fluctuator is just too good not to search out or recover.

And finally, I think, I added Fabricate for more Fluctuator consistency mostly but also passively it’s brilliant for any of my impactful artifacts.

Thanks for reading. Smooches.
