Looking for suggestions, eh?
My best advice would be to try and get as much bang for your buck as possible, using cards that do more for less mana, and to keep that mana curve as low to the ground as possible. One of the biggest criticisms I have for other Kaalia decks is that their mana curves are too crazy, leaving them far too reliant on her.
That's not something you wanna do. She is your friend, but letting her become your crutch is asking for people to target her... and when you can't play her, you can't play your deck when you rely too much on her.
Obviously, the first thing you're gonna want is better dragons. I'd recommend Thundermaw Hellkite at the very least, to keep blockers outta your way. Angel of Serenity , Subjugator Angel , and Angel of Despair serve a similar purpose in my deck. Emancipation Angel also bounces them to be used again.
I also like having a sac outlet and Reya Dawnbringer , which goes quite well with cards who have ETBs. Alternatively, Phyrexian Reclamation can bring them back to hand to play again with her effect, which is quite nasty with Rakdos the Defiler and Master of Cruelties if you don't mind being mean, lol. Another card I like using specifically with those two is Oni of Wild Places , whom Thundermaw Hellkite and Kaalia, Zenith Seeker also like very much. XD
Never hurts to have more sweepers and spot removal as well... and redundancy when possible.
My deck's right here Hardcore Heavenly Inferno if you wanna take a look. Hope that helps. :)

Here’s some decent pieces to both help with the war theme and make life difficult for your enemies.
Fumiko the Lowblood because samurai
Warmonger Hellkite makes creatures attack and can be pumped
Incite RebellionandDisrupt Decorum both have that sort of subterfuge, disrupt enemy lines feel to me.
Grand Melee because open war
Goblin Diplomats because diplomacy is needed in every war
Prowler's Helm like a spy slipping through their defenses.
Outpost Siege card advantage and siege is referenced.
Blackblade Reforged and Strata Scythe can both make varchild big after a bit of development. More survivors
Godo, Bandit Warlord and while you’re at it you could add Helm of the Host as an easy win
Dockside Extortionist because there is always people like that in war
Neheb, the Eternal is likely worth a spot.
Oni of Wild Places may not necessarily fit the theme but repeatedly bouncing varchild has its advantages
Iron Myr for mana
Downhill Charge seems pretty good.
Fatal Frenzy and Mercadia's Downfall feel decent too.
Seize the Day is very war themed to me.
By Force implies hostilities
Burn at the Stake might be a big kill card after you’ve taken a bunch of survivors. 3 times the amount you tap gets huge quick.
Crawlspace so you can bottleneck their armies like Sparta did against the Persians lol.
Voyager Staff to remove varchild maybe?
That’s what stood out most to me with a quick glance through EDHRec. I’ll keep brainstorming for ya though!

You will definitely want to consider the new red god from War of the Spark... Ilharg, the Raze-Boar . Huge friend with ETBs. He doesn’t really gel with Feldon but if he happens to be in the graveyard Feldon can get him back and you can then unload goodies from your hand. There’s also Oni of Wild Places for more recursion.

Not trying to sound rude, but the deck seems really unfocused outside of just getting big, free creatures.
Oni of Wild Places + Rakdos the Defiler : When Oni of Wild Places is in play, bring Rakdos the Defiler into play tapped and attacking with Kaalia's ability. Since you didn't declare Rakdos as an attacking creature, you ignore the first half of his ability. Deal damage, opponent sacs half their non-demon permanents. At the beginning of your next upkeep, use Oni's ability to put Rakdos back into your hand to repeat the process.
Kaalia was one of my first EDH commanders and I loved her, but she draws way too much attention at the table. So I've started going with commanders who don't have such a huge presence. One guy I know runs a bunch of land destruction/discard with her to make sure that opponents have a really hard time responding to Kaalia and her hoard.
If I can offer some advice for things to take out...
Tariel, Reckoner of Souls - Not a bad card by any means, but in Kaalia unless you plan on randomly resurrecting your opponents' creatures, this probably won't do much.
Utvara Hellkite - Not a bad card on it's own, but it just really shines in a dragon tribal deck imo. Again, a card I can't imagine you getting a whole lot of mileage out of.
Dragon Tempest - Again, another card really focused for dragon tribal.
