KBK7101 I really did think pretty hard about splashing the blue. Between Myrel, Shield of Argive and Brimaz, King of Oreskos pooping 1/1 tokens, and with Kayla's Reconstruction digging for additional cards, I just don't see the need for any of the blue cards. Brave the Elements is powerful enough by itself to protect creatures (instead of Zephyr Sentinel), and if I get Harbin, Vanguard Aviator on board and activated with 5+ soldiers it's basically just a "win more" card and I've likely already got the game in the bag. Were I to splash a color it would be green to get Collected Company, I think.

I do appreciate the thoughtful suggestions! They are good suggestions, but I just think staying mono-white is the cleanest version. Thanks for the comment!

Very cool! I agree that soldiers definitely have the bones of something great. Been meaning to build them on Arena.

I do think that going might be the best way, though. Not only does it get you access to Skystrike Officer as a source of card draw (and also tokens, but like you said, Brimaz is better for that) but you also get access to Zephyr Sentinel as a means of protection (which is a bit cost inhibitive, I know) and Harbin, Vanguard Aviator as a way to help close out games.

Honestly, you could probably just splash some blue just for a copy or two of Harbin and call it good. There is something to be said about the simplicity of a good, fast mono-white aggro deck, though, so I can see why you wouldn't want to add in another color.

Disclaimer - I have never played Pioneer and the closest thing I have played is Historic/Explorer on Arena. Take all this with a grain of salt!

Hey Knighty knight,

I've play tested your deck a few times and I think it's solid. My only feedback is that you have too many lands for what you need. You're often getting flooded when you need interactive cards. I would recommend dropping 2-4 lands and adding 2 copies of Wedding Announcement  Flip (helps you go wide and buffs your creatures), and 2 Skystrike Officer. I also think Harbin, Vanguard Aviator would be a better fit than guardian of new benalia

The Wandering Emperor is worth considering too.
