Dark Temper
Instant
Dark Temper deals 2 damage to target creature. If you control a black permanent, destroy the creature instead.

Oh for sure, red doesn't have the best removal options in commander for creatures like it does in other formats... Scour from Existence is probably the only other real option for mono-red decks. I like Dark Temper as well, but for that you have to have access to a black permanent.

Thanks! I considered Kolaghan's Command at an earlier point in the build but it didnt fit in at the time, I removed Dark Temper and Im going to give it a try now. Happy vampiring! :)

Bah vampires, I love vampires! Seriously, I have an EDH deck for them but thats beside the point. I like any and all vampire decks, and ive got some suggestions for this interesting build. Insolent Neonate is honestly the all star one drop vampire, he fuels the madness and also filters for new cards, drop Zurgo Bellstriker for atleast two of them. Problem with madness decks is card draw, you need something to draw cards if you plan on discarding a bunch of stuff. Night's Whisper and Read the Bones are a few and possibly the best card draw in modern for black. Wild Guess Isn't bad as long as you consistently get double red. Invest in a playset of Bloodstained Mire while they are relatively cheap compared to the zendikar fetches. Call of the Bloodline is also a great addition, it makes you discard cards and gets you tokens for them, the more creatures the better. Try running a Dark Temper or some sort of Doomblade effect to deal with annoying creatures (Dismember works aswell). Blood Seeker is great agianst token decks, Stromkirk Noble and Stromkirk Captain are great for early aggro and late game anthem.
As for cuts (dun dun dunnnnn), going down maybe two or three lands wouldnt hurt considering the majority of your cards are within 1-3 cmc range. Elusive Tormentor Flip probably could go, its somehthing that could be useful but that's your choice, I havent played it in modern. Olivia's Bloodsworn could probably go because it cant block and isn't very explosive for a two drop. Go down one Asylum Visitor because its a super conditional card and wont always pull through in games.
Great deck, I hope my comments help!
