Ali here! Originally from Nowhereville Vermont, I'm now part of sunny SoCal's thriving paper Magic scene.

I started playing causally right after Innistrad in late 2011, but really got into the game in mid-2012 after seeing Avacyn, Angel of Hope and falling in love with the card. I played Standard and Modern through late 2014, but after Return to Ravnica (and much of my standard deck) had rotated out, I started getting more into EDH. Now I'm almost exclusively an EDH player, but I enjoy limited on occasion. I do miss 60-card formats but the price tag keeps me from committing fully at the moment. My current playgroup is rather casual, prioritizing good gameplay and having fun over complete deck optimization.

I collect Legendary Creatures and copies of Enlarge (M14).
