New-ish MTG player here! I like building decks but being relatively new to the game means I often have to look on this site for ideas. I vastly prefer building cheap decks: I'd much rather build a whole, cheap deck (even if it's slightly underpowered) than get the several cards needed to "power up" an existing one.
