I would also even consider Glacial Chasm, with Solemnity in play the upkeep is 0. Plus combine Razaketh, the Foulblooded and you can just search for cards as needed

#1If you add in power conduit you could make it infinite because you could remove the counters, add in some infinite mana from something like Myr Galvanizer and palladium myr it still works as intended with clock of omens you can just keep tapping and untapping the myr's to just keep using power conduit over and over
"400.7. An object that moves from one zone to another becomes a new object with no memory of, or relation to, its previous existence." That rule no longer matters if you can just remove the counters from the card
