Would this trigger enrage?

I just wanna confirm if what I heard was true. I was being attacked by Frilled Deathspitter And I blocked with Corrosive Mentor Would how wither's worded mean I'd take the 2 from the dino. Or would've nothing happened to me?

Damage dealt by a source with wither (or infect) is still considered damage, the result of the damage is just -1/-1 counters rather than marked damage. It still triggers any abilities that trigger off of damage, so enrage abilities will trigger. Note that this is different than something like Soul-Scar Mage which replaces damage with with -1/-1 counters, and thus would not trigger enrage abilities.
