Would Swarm Intelligence trigger Metallurgic Summonings?

Does anyone know if the copy created by Swarm Intelligence would trigger Metallurgic Summonings ?

No, it would not.

Metallurgic Summonings's ability triggers when a spell is cast. On the other hand, Swarm Intelligence copies spells, which means that the copy is put directly onto stack and is not cast. Therefore, the copy created by Intelligence would not creature an additional Construct from Summonings.

VraskaTheCursed is right. It's the same reason storm (ala Grapeshot) doesn't trigger Young Pyromancer, or other storm cards- the card is on the stack, and therefore copying it puts it in the same zone, which is the stack. Casting is the act of taking a card from a zone other than the stack, paying all costs for it, and moving it to the stack.

Usually true Razortooth, but not always the case. Copies can be counted as cast, but only if the effect creating it specifically states to do so such as with Isochron Scepter or spells with Cipher like Stolen Identity.

The only time an effect says to cast the copy instead of just creating it on the stack is when the card in question is being copied in a zone other than the stack.
