Would March of the Machines + Mycosynth Lattice destroy all your lands?

Mycosynth Lattice turns all permanents into Artifacts whereas March of the Machines turns all noncreature Artifacts into creatures with a Power/Toughness equal to their CMC, and since Lands have a CMC of 0, they'd become 0/0 and would die wouldn't they?

@HostOfSmallPoxAll right, that's what I though. I think Master of Etherium can work around that with the +1/+1 it gives to all Artifact Creatures, but I was wondering what would happen if I played both Mycosynth Lattice and March of the Machines together if he weren't on the field.

You are correct. Mycosynth Lattice makes all permanents artifacts while at the same time March of the Machines makes non-creature artifacts turn into creatures. Essentially all non-creature permanents become creatures lands included. Lands do have a converted mana cost of 0 so they would die.
