Would Experiment Kraj be able to use Galvanic Alchemist Untap ability even if they are not Soulbonded?

Can Experiment Kraj gain the activated ability of Galvanic Alchemist even if Kraj is not paired with her, as long as the Alchemist or the creature she is Soulbonded to has a +1/+1 counter?

If you're looking into this combo, probably check out the old horseshoe crab and hermetic studies combo... Just soulbound Galvanic Alchemist to Experiment Kraj when it comes out.. and bam!

all good bruz, been playing magic since I was like Urzas... I suggest looking into similar decks as they will have a couple combos that could provide some ideas on combos and synergy..
If your planning on splashing into control, or full control, I suggest Thawing Glaciers... It's slow, but it's a power house (was used in Masticore - in the old extended days)... ps. I'm not sure if you are new or not, but I thought I'd throw some ideas off the top of my head...

So as long as the alchemist has a +1/+1 counter, and also that it is soulbound to a creature. Then yes the Kraj would get the activated ability.
